Asking prices: medians of active for-sale listings tracked by Kvadradar, assigned by coordinates within district boundaries. At least 5 listings per property type; smaller samples show counts only.

Listing locations may be approximate: many adverts name only the neighbourhood, so they sit at its centre. Building-land figures include only explicitly classified building-land listings.

Our dataset has no achieved prices for this district. Split-wide achieved prices are not this district’s prices or a valuation of an individual property.

This is a city district, not a municipality, and it does not necessarily match an individual neighbourhood. Boundaries use open OSM data; indicators are not certified valuations.

Methodology: The asking price is the median €/m² of active for-sale listings. The achieved price is the median €/m² of sales recorded in official data (Ministry, Tax Administration, eNekretnine) for the stated year, with the number of transactions where published. This is a market overview, not a valuation of an individual property. Asking prices were updated on 26 October 2026. We collect listings once a week; the Ministry publishes achieved prices once a year for the previous year.
